class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u500b\u500d\u6578\u7684\u610f\u601d\u662f\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u7f8e\u80a1\u50f9\u683c\u5927\u7d04\u662f\u904e\u53bb 10 \u5e74\u5e73\u5747\u5be6\u8cea\u76c8\u9918\u7684 40 \u500d\uff0c\u6bd4 1871 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86 17.44 \u500d\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u503c\u8cb4\u4e86\u4e00\u500d\u591a<sup>[1]<\/sup>\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p CAPE\uff09\uff0c\u7531\u8036\u9b6f\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u6388 Robert Shiller \u8207\u54c8\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u6388 John Campbell \u63a8\u5ee3<sup>[4][5]<\/sup>\uff0c\u5b83\u628a\u80a1\u50f9\u9664\u4ee5\u300c\u904e\u53bb 10 \u5e74\u3001\u7d93\u901a\u81a8\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u80a1\u76c8\u9918\u300d\uff0c\u7528\u4f86\u8861\u91cf\u6574\u9ad4\u80a1\u5e02\u7684\u9577\u671f\u4f30\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p \u5e74\u5927\u81f4\u6db5\u84cb\u4e00\u5230\u5169\u500b\u666f\u6c23\u5faa\u74b0\uff0c\u597d\u5e74\u8207\u58de\u5e74\u4e92\u76f8\u62b5\u92b7\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u662f\u300c\u6b63\u5e38\u5e74\u4efd\u300d\u7684\u7372\u5229\u6c34\u6e96\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u6982\u5ff5\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5230
